  Great team and great customer service. I have taken both of my bikes (aluminum and full carbon) in to the shop for work to be carried out from a full service to minor tweaks, and can honestly say there is a lot of experience in the team with a wide range of knowledge. I have never once had an issue with the guys in the 2 years they have been there, and have always been satisfied with the work carried out on my beloved bike, and the customer service I have received. I visit the shop on a regular basis making the most of their loyalty card scheme to pick up the odd thing I need, including some clothing which was ordered in especially for me. On reading the previous reviews, I felt the need to share my experiences I have had with the Pedal Power team, and can not fault them. If you need a part, multi-tool, inner tube, lights, or have a problem with your bike, take it in to the shop you will not regret it, I never have. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP!!!!!
